The Femme Cast | Unapologetic Visibility & Impact Soul-Led Women
The Hardest Part of Living a Soul-Led Life | Trusting the Path Without Guarantees
What if the decisions that transform everything are the ones that make no logical sense, yet your soul refuses to let you ignore them?
This episode of The Femme Cast is a deep initiation into soul-led living. We explore what it really means to hear the whisper beneath fear, choose alignment over approval, and trust a path that moves before you can see it. This is the inner work behind emotional alchemy, visibility, and feminine impact. It’s the work most women skip because it asks for honesty, bravery, and a willingness to disrupt what’s no longer true.
Through stories of career pivots, misaligned friendships, intuitive redirections, spiritual timeouts, and the “shift or be shifted” moments that demand growth, I break down how intuition actually speaks: softly, subtly, through the lightness of a clean yes and the heaviness of a soul-level no. You’ll understand why guidance feels illogical, why fear spikes around money and stability, and why your purpose often hides inside what you’re terrified to release.
We move through the untold layers of a soul-led life. The loneliness between timelines, the grief of letting go, the shame of feeling behind, the frustration of doing everything “right” while nothing moves. And then we alchemize it. Because when you trust your inner navigation system, provision meets alignment, clarity meets obedience, and visibility rises naturally from congruence.
We’ll dive into:
🎤 How to live a soul-led life and make aligned decisions
🎤 Emotional alchemy and navigating intuitive leadership
🎤 Visibility blocks and feminine impact
🎤 Intuition vs. fear and how guidance actually speaks
🎤 Money fears, stability triggers, and soul-aligned pivots
🎤 Healing misaligned relationships and career paths
🎤 Spiritual “timeouts,” stagnation, and timeline shifts
🎤 Practices to build trust, clarity, and inner alignment
🎤 How to follow purpose when nothing makes logical sense
You’ll leave with grounded practices to hear your intuition, build trust, and remember that you were created for impact, and fully supported when you follow what’s meant for you.
If you’ve been scared, stuck, or doubting yourself, this episode reminds you: you’re not lost; you’re being initiated. The fear is a portal. And your next right step is already speaking.

Hey you guys, what is up? And welcome back to the show. I'm so excited and grateful to have you guys here. Welcome if you're new. Um, we're going to continue with another sort of channeled message today or kind of intuitively guided message, whatever you want to call it, but I have no notes. All I have is a conversation or a topic that I kind of wanted to touch on. Um that again resulted from my conversation that I have coming up with Leah Daniels. And that is the hardest part about creating a soul-led life and moving through life from a place of soul where your soul is guiding your every decision, um, every decision that you're making and how you're moving forward. The hardest part in all of it is in having the faith that it will work out. And I say this as somebody who has, you know, been basically living more a more soul-led life since 2010, 2011, sorry, no, 2011, 2012, give or take. Um, is when I kind of, you know, started, you know, really listening to my intuition and allowing my soul to guide me to where it wanted to go. But that's not to say that I did it 100% of the time. And that's not to say that I still to this day don't sometimes struggle with um surrendering to what it is that my soul is trying to tell me or my intuition is trying to tell me. Because here's the thing: what your soul wants for you, whether it's a purpose or a decision or a direction it wants you to go in, an action it wants you to take, a relationship it wants you to pursue, and a relationship maybe it wants you to end, a career move it wants you to make. Oftentimes it's very scary. It is rarely ever logical. Rarely. I've actually, I don't think I've ever seen it be logical. I've always seen it be very illogical, very irrational, and can be easily dismissed as a crazy afterthought. Okay. Um, but and sometimes they are, sometimes they are crazy afterthoughts, and we're just meant to ignore them, and that's fine. However, if it's truly coming from soul and not from ego or not from a moment of just a bad moment, we'll just say that. Um, and it actually is your soul speaking to you, it won't shut up. It'll get louder. And when you don't listen to it, it'll find a way to make you listen to it. Whether it's because it starts to create turmoil in your life, turmoil in your life, it starts to have to end what's keep standing, it starts to literally almost manifest endings to what is standing in your way so that you can step into what it is that you're supposed to be doing or being guided or the direction that you're being guided to go in. Um, sometimes it'll even manifest as illness. And I've seen this happen before when we're just ignoring ourselves for so long that it has no other alternative but to manifest an illness where we're we're we're like, and this doesn't have to be like this doesn't have to be a crazy life-threatening illness, but enough to keep you in bed long enough to actually see what it is that your soul is trying to tell you and actually listen to it and take action in in alignment with it. Um, and I've seen this happen time and time again. I've had this conversation with me and my friend, me and my friend have this conversation all the time. We're like, okay, clearly we've been put in a spiritual timeout, whether it's because one of us had COVID or like, you know, some crazy just shit happening in our life where it feels like, okay, obviously spirits put us in a timeout for a reason. So let's figure out what that reason is or that thing is that we've not been paying attention to that is asking to be paid attention to right now. Sarah, if you're listening, I love you. Um, and we do, we have this conversation like all the time. Um, but um the hardest part of creating that soul-led life is trusting that everything is gonna work out because oftentimes what the soul is asking us to do is beyond reason or logic or um what is tried, tested, and true. And so we we're afraid to trust it. And I know that I've been in this situation so many times where I feel like my soul is guiding me to do something and it's scary and it doesn't feel like what if it doesn't work? And what if I'm not okay? And what if I lose everything? And and you know, and it could be many different things. It could be losing money or losing love or losing a relationship or losing friendships. What if I leave these friends? What if no other friends come in and I'm all alone? If I leave this relationship, what if if I never find the next partner, if I take this job or if I leave this job to start this business? What if I don't make any money? What if I lose all my money? What if, oh my god, like it's just endless the amount of fear that comes with a lot of these decisions, right? And I know I have moved through decisions like this time and time again. And sometimes, most of the time, I will trust my soul. There have been many times where I did not trust my soul. And I did everything but what my soul was telling me to do because I was afraid that it wasn't gonna work, right? Um, this business being one of them. Like, I mean, like, my God, like one of the things that I could out, and like one of my shameful secrets is how long I actually went in this business without actually making money. Because even though I was putting out great content and great messaging, I wasn't ready to do the thing that I was supposed to be doing. I hadn't fully honed in on my message and who I was meant to serve and how I was meant to serve them, and how I was meant to help them, and how I was meant to use my healing and my my coaching to actually support them in a really powerful way. Like I wasn't, I was, I was either missing something or I needed to go through something, or I needed to evolve through something, or whatever. The point was is that, you know, there were so many times um where, you know, it was scary for me to trust and to lean in to this. It was scary for me to trust that leaving those misaligned friendships was the right thing for me. And even though it meant I was alone for a season until I found, you know, knew some new friends, um, that it was the right thing for me to do because being in their energy was actually becoming more harmful than it was supportive. You know, leaving that unhealthy relationship, even though there was so much love there, um, so much love and and so much connection, but because I knew I deserved better, right? When our soul is telling us to do things that are scary, that we think our survival depends on, our safety depends on, the whether or not we're gonna be surrounded by people who love or accept us, you know, when any of those things are threatened, um, it becomes very hard to follow a soul-led life. But I can tell you this whatever the fear is that comes up when you're choosing or thinking or considering following a soul-led life, whatever the fear is that comes up, that is part of your purpose. So if the fear coming up is the fear that um, you know, by following a soul-led life, let's say you're afraid that people won't like you or love you or accept you if you follow through with that soul-led decision. That part of your purpose is to understand, to love and accept yourself and trust that when you step into that purpose, the people who are meant for you, who will love you, who will appreciate you for who you are will show up. If by living a soul-led life, you have to leave some of the comforts and the securities that you've been accustomed to, that the world told you that you thought that you needed in order to be successful in this life, to be safe in this life, to be provided for in this life, then part of your soul's purpose is to heal the blocks, fears, limiting beliefs that keep you from remembering that when you follow a soul-led life, spirit or universe or God or source or creator, whatever you resonates with you, will provide. Because if they if God, and I will use God right now because that's the term that I use, but feel free to change that to whatever resonates for you. But for me, like if I think of if God put a purpose on my heart, something that he wanted me to do that I cannot look away from, if he is speaking to me through my soul, which I know God does, why would he tell me to do something that would put me in harm's way and then look out for me? And that's kind of what I always have to come back to whenever the fear comes up, because the fear does come up again and again and again. And so even I know even though I have no proof that everything is gonna be okay, and I have no proof that everything is gonna work out, I trust that my soul wouldn't lead me down a path that was not supportive for me, that was not safe for me, that was not um leading me to the love, the abundance, and the support that I so truly wanted. I just needed to get back, get get past the mental block or the belief that it wasn't available to me unless I somehow did something in my world to make it happen. You know, I I did something in the world that made people love me. I did something in the world that made people pay me. I did something in the world to make people want to be with me, right? If we can let go of all those fears that tell you that you have to do X, Y, Z in order to be loved, to be supported, to be provided for, and trust that when you follow your heart, when you follow your soul and do what it is telling you to do and let that lead you. Trusting that when you follow your heart, when you follow soul, you're being led by a higher power, you're being led by a higher consciousness, a higher being. And know, and if it's pure, right? So making sure to take a time out to make sure that you're in the purest expression of what your heart is trying to tell you. So obviously, like, you know, healing and meditation is a really beautiful thing to do, especially if you want to hear what your heart is telling you on a much deeper level. Can you then follow what your heart is telling you to do, even though there are no guarantees that it will work out simply because you know that your heart is source speaking to you? And so, therefore, if soul is telling, if spirit is telling you to do something and it is telling you through your soul that is speaking to you through your heart and through your intuition, and it's telling you go here, do this, leave that person, leave that situation, leave that job, go pursue this, go pursue that, go talk to those people over there, go make friends in that corner. Can you trust that you're gonna be okay? And the answer is always a yes. Even if it leads to another lesson, even if maybe it leads temporarily to disappointment, you know. Um, I truly believe that anytime we follow the guidance of our heart, we follow soul, we follow what our soul is telling us to do and let our intuition guide our every decision, I believe we will be fully and completely supported. And that's not to say that my intuition has never changed it my its mind. It has, it has many times where I can think back um to periods of, you know, when I was unemployed. Is today the day that I go out and look for a job? Nope. You're gonna focus on doing what you've been working on right now. You're just gonna focus on that and you're gonna trust that everything's gonna work out. Okay, great. Next day. Should I, is it today the day that I go out and look for a job? Nope. You're just gonna sit tight and do what I ask you to do, what I've been telling you to do, and you're just gonna focus on that, you're not gonna do anything else. Okay, and I will keep doing that. And I remember the last time that I did that, I kept checking in. Is today the day? Is today the day? Is it today? And finally, to then finally the day came. So today is the day that you're gonna go look for a job, but you're not gonna look for any job. You're gonna look at that place that you were visited at six months ago, and you're gonna call them up, and they will have a job for you. And I did that, and I called them up, and they did have a job for me. And at the time it was part-time, and I took it, even though it didn't sound very glamorous, but something told me I needed to take that job. And I did, and I went from part-time to full-time to management to specialist to manager to leader in a matter of like three years. And that was one of the probably the most enjoyable careers I ever had until it wasn't, and then everything went south. And that was because it was time for me to go. And I wasn't listening that it was time for me to go. I was resisting the fact that it was time for me to go. I was fighting it tooth and nail. And so, what did it do? It exited me the fuck out of there. And it's like, if you're not gonna do it, shift or be shifted. If you're not gonna listen to what your soul is telling you, which your soul is telling you, it's time to go, we are going to take care of that for you. And it did when the time was right. And so following a soul-led life and trusting that you're gonna be okay, I I made more money in that one year than I did like and I don't like you know, like in a long time. And so it all worked out. I was fine. Everything that I needed showed up and supported me. And this is a pattern that I have seen again and again in my life, where as long as I keep trusting my soul to guide me, as long as I keep trusting where I'm being led, as long as I keep making decisions that are in alignment with what my intuition is telling me, I am going to be okay. Because God, source creator, would not put some a desire on my soul, uh, uh uh, wouldn't speak to me through my intuition to do something if it wasn't the aligned thing for me to do. And if he didn't have everything, he she didn't have every intention of supporting me along the way. Do you see what I'm trying to say here? Like, this is really powerful shit. Like when you can master this and you can master letting your soul guide you, I believe that when we as spiritual beings can let our soul guide us to what it is that we're meant to do, be here, and create in this world, I believe that we become unstoppable and there's no limit to what we can create and do and become. But we have to get out of our head, we have to get out of our own way, we have to get out of thinking that we need to do everything this world taught us that we need to do in order to be successful, to be liked, to be loved, to be accepted. We have to let go of all of that and step into this alter ego where we are letting soul and source and intuition make all of our decisions and allowing it to guide us down a path that we might not even be able to comprehend because we don't know what we don't know. And so, therefore, how could we ever fucking know? I'll give you an example. When I did the purpose meditation that I have up on my on my opt- my, if you if you log on my website and you opt in for my free meditation series, there's a meditation there that I did. I've been doing it for years that kind of shows your purpose and and and kind of reveals it to you. When I tell you the first time I did that meditation and I listened to it, and I remember actually, this wasn't the first time. The first time I saw myself, again, this is funny. Um, the first time I saw myself walking through these hills in really it felt like really hot weather. I was walking through these hills and flip-flops and a sarong. Ha ha. Um, and I was meeting people from all over the world, and I was like learning about different cultures and immersing myself in different cultures. Lo and behold, a year later, I go to Southeast Asia for six months and I live there for six months. Then I do it again, and this time I see myself speaking on stage. I have a microphone in my hand, I've got the lights in my face, I'm on this massive stage in this massive auditorium that I can feel is full, but all I can see is the lights hitting me in my face. I cannot see the people or their heads or their faces, and I'm speaking to them and I can feel their presence, but I can't see them. Podcasting was barely a thing at the time. And so when my soul was guiding me to say, start speaking, you're meant to be speaking. I had no idea what it was trying to point me toward. I had no idea it was pointing towards podcasting. I had no fucking clue. I didn't even know podcasting was a thing. I mean, it was a thing, but I mean, I thought I thought it was what the nerds did in their mom's basement. Like I didn't think it was an actual, what's it called, that you can create a business around podcasts. You know what I mean? Like it wasn't, it wasn't like that at the time, at least not that I knew of, you know? Um, and so it showed me something that I could not have known. And that was completely, completely, completely a message that was sent to me from soul, from a higher being, from, from, from God, from source, from creator, was guiding me to say, we need you speaking. Even though I couldn't see my audience or who I was speaking to or what I was speaking about, I was just meant to be speaking. And so I created the blog, um, which then became the YouTube channel and then social media accounts. And anyway, you you get the gist of what I'm saying, right? So, you know, how can you let your soul guide you along your journey? Let your in like trust that every time your intuition is telling you to do something, and there's a difference between intuition and fear. Intuition, and I always say this, and I say this with my clients, and I say this with students who have taken my course your intuition is so quiet. It is so quiet, it is so subtle. It is not the rantings of that inner lunatic that tells you, oh my god, you're gonna get in so much trouble if they find out what you're doing. Oh no, no, this is bad. You're gonna no, no, this is bad. Don't do that. That's dangerous. You're gonna get hurt. No, those people aren't good. No, no, you're gonna lose your money, you're gonna lose your job, you're gonna that's not your intuition, that is your fear. Okay. Your intuition is quiet. It is subtle. And that's why I think meditation is so important when it comes to hearing your intuition. Because you need to, you need to silence all the noise that's going on in your head so that you can hear what your intuition is telling you. So your intuition is very quiet, it's very subtle. It speaks in yes, no. Um yes, I like that, no, I don't like that. Yes, go that way, no, don't go that way. Yes, it's time, no, not time. Right? Very simple. It uses very few words. And oftentimes it uses a feeling. Something that feels light and uplifting and nourishing is a yeah. Something that feels restrictive or hard or not to say that we can't do hard things, we can do very hard things, but if it feels like, if it feels like this awful sinking feeling, if it feels dreadful, if it feels like like it's draining your energy instead of giving energy, that's a no. Right? So this is how your intuition kind of speaks to you. And so when you can trust that your intuition is coming from soul, which is coming from source, which is creator, it's creator energy, it's God, it's source, it's creator, and it's it's and I and when we say creator, this is the person I believe the or the energy that created you to do something, so your soul is your guidance, that is your navigation system that I this is how I like to think of it. It's like the navigation that source implanted in you so that you can do what it's literally created you to do. So the more you can trust soul and let soul guide you, let intuition guide you, the more you are supporting the purpose that you were created for. So, why would any God, any higher being, any higher consciousness put a purpose on your heart without ever intending to support you in achieving it, if it supports the greater good. So when you think of it from that lens and that perspective, then you must be supported, you must be provided for, you must be taken care of as long as you keep trying to follow the guidance of your heart, the guidance of your soul, and whatever that is telling you to do, whether it's making a decision, whether it's leaving a situation, whether it's moving to a new home, whether whatever. Whatever it is. And it doesn't have to be yes, this is how purpose, right? We talked about purpose last week. This is how purpose is revealed to you. But this isn't just speaking about purpose. This is how we show up, who we show up to be in everyday life. And the more we can allow ourselves to be soul led, the more we move into the highest expression of who we came here to be.
