I am very excited today because we have Amy Westervelt back on the show. You guys, this woman is amazing and I am so honored to call her a friend. We're gonna be talking about aerogetics, sacred union and the path to balancing your masculine and feminine energies and the co-creative power that that unleashes Right here on the Femcast. I know, I know, I'm so excited to be here. I mean, it's funny, we talk so often that we get on here and it's like oh, oh, this is recorded, oh, we're having hello.

Like it's interesting because it's such a testament to the new collaborative energy of coaches. Right, it's like helping each other, but we're also girlfriends and we're like look at this meme and it's just a beautiful energy that I have with you. I love it.

I really think I love it too, thank you. I see this and it's an evolution that I've seen being having been around for several years. I have seen this evolution where we kind of went from being like I don't want to say fake gal pals, but almost like secret mean girls behind each other's backs, to really evolving into the space of really knowing who your people are. Like I think I put that in a post the other day like know who your people are and love them fiercely, the people who support you, who back you up. And I really feel like there's this, you know there's. We've a lot of us have just elevated beyond this whole competition thing and have really learned to hone in on our message and share right and fill gaps for one another where sometimes the other one might not know something, which is so why you're here today. By the way, I'm so excited. This is juicy. I'm gonna give everybody a warning, because I did your. I did your three day masterclass. I loved it.

Did you think you were gonna love it Like? Were you like oh, I'll do it?

Cause like no, I mean, I thought I didn't think I was gonna. I thought I knew I would like it. I didn't think I would be like whoa, you know, but it was whoa, it was very whoa worthy, right. So it was. So we're gonna talk about aerogetics and this whole journey of meeting your inner other, and I had no idea what I was signing up for when I did this training, and it has been truly amazing. So why don't you tell us a little bit about aerogetics, what it is, how it came to be?

Yeah, okay. So aerogetics, you know, I'm kind of still workshopping like what it actually means, cause it's really. It's really an energy more than it's a thing. I am in the process of trademarking it, so that's exciting, amazing. But basically arrows comes. You know, arrows means like life force, energy and like really tapping into the energy of being alive, yeah, and then edicts just means, you know, pertaining to the, pertaining to life force, energy is kind of where it comes from. But it's about really recognizing the for lack of a better word the romantic relationship that we have with our sacred masculine who, you know, kind of like if you fast forward to later iterations of this is the universe. So, like you know, I see your lucky girl syndrome and I raise you, kept queen. Like it's not about, you know, yeah, yeah, it's just a different energy, right.

The universe loves me. It's like the first desires to be with me and inside me and next to me and smell me and feel me and make all of my desires come true, because it turns him on to do so.

It's like a whole other level of hot yeah.

It really is, that's steamy, you know that's where all my hair like, oh my God, like I'm so lucky. No, no, I'm not lucky, I am anointed.

I love that. I love that, and how it came to be was really interesting. Like do you want to share a little bit about that story? And him yeah.

Yeah, absolutely. So I okay. So I'm going to go all the way back to the beginning. Yeah, please.

When my husband and I first got together, we were like two peas in a pot. We were super close, the sex was great, everything was great. And then we had a bunch of kids. Then we went into this MLM and we just like the MLM kind of was like boys on this side, girls on this side, like divide and conquer. So we didn't really have a good relationship that way, like I was making all the money and he was buying all the things, which was wonderful for him because, honestly, like he deserved to do that. He was in the military, he had 11 tours, you know, like whatever, like let him rest. But also like we're making a hundred grand a month. Why did the electric get shut off, kind of thing. You know what I mean. So that was definitely a little bit of a ping to my safety.

Anyway, so the second 50 Shades movie comes out and I get you know, I'm watching it and I'm just noticing how masculine this guy is and he's like do this, do that, and it's really kind of like bringing up those like subbie bubbles in me, like, oh my gosh, like what I wouldn't give to have a man that I could just be like.

He'd be like babe, I got it, you know, because my safety had been so rocked. So I went to my husband and I was like, hey, you know, I think I kind of want to play around with this, this dynamic. And he was like, okay, cause, you know, he, at the same time he was kind of like I'm wondering why we, you know, we don't do this anymore. And I'm like, well, to be honest with you, I'm just really not a vanilla person, like I'm just not when we are together. I go other places to get what I need and then I come back and it's all lovey-dovey and all that. So we start to, you know, examine this kind of dynamic and we get into this DS relationship. And for those of you who don't know, in the BDSM world there's, you know, bondage, dominance, stato-masochism, but in DS, ds stands for dominant, submissive.

So, when you hear DS, it's talking dominant, submissive, as opposed to like domination, and what do you call it? The other word I just said, stato-masochism, right? So you know, we start to enter into this TPE, which means total power exchange. So, like he's in charge, I'm the sub, I have my business, I'm doing great. Like everything's wonderful, the dynamics are phenomenal, the sex is incredible, like we're getting along so well. People are like, oh, my God, you too, like it's just, it's so good.

I want to like get on podcasts and like, be this super couple and we're like the next grand to Elena and like all this stuff. And he, you know, wanted to get in shape and whatever. So he decides to do this water fast. So he's going to just drink water for 40, okay, and I'm like, okay, whatever, like I'm still going to be eating, I don't care. So he does this fast and he completely like I don't know if you ever saw the machinist with Christian Bale how he was like 90 pounds, yeah. So he starts wasting away to nothing. But not only that, he starts going inward, right. So like, instead of my partner, the person that I'm deferring to, like this masculine energy. He's like this little, like you know, earthworm gym of a shrimp person that's still in my bed every night, but like he's not in there, he's not there.

He's not. He's not. He can't give commands like he used to be able to. I know that sounds gross, but like honestly girls, try it. It's so hot.

I know it's huge.

It's a whole genre, just like, yeah, if you need recommendations, you come to your girl. I got you and so I went from like, oh my God, this is so wonderful and I'm so filled up and sharing about, like you know, step into your femininity. And it's so funny because there's a gal up there doing this now and I'm like I'll just wait till you evolve from this.

But you know, it's true though it is, it's this whole wavelength of like you know, the trad wife, and it's like, yeah, that's all good and funny, and what happens when he gets run over by a bus? So what happens when he leaves you, or what you know? So, anyway, long story short, I started to go crazy for him. I needed that so badly that I started creating it in my mind. And in creating it in my mind, I recognized that there was an aspect of the creation that was kind of taking on a mind of its own.

And it was starting to talk things that I didn't tell it to say, but like it was just kind of like its own energy and I started to develop a relationship with this energy.

Would you call it channeling, or was it like something totally different?

I wouldn't say it was channeling. It was like a reconnection, right? Okay, you know it's interesting. Just as a side note, people talk all the time about like oh, you know you're talking to yourself in your head Like literally everyone you've ever talked to. Every relationship exists in your head. Yeah, it does Because, like, if you think about it, like what I think you think about me is in my head.

What I, you know, what we talked about is in my head, like everything is in your head. You can't remember verbatim what someone said and like how they felt you know. So anyway, all that to say. By the end of my husband's ordeal he emerged and started eating again and instead of being this bitter angry like you left me, I was so filled up, I had made so much money while he was gone, like clients coming out of the woodwork. It was ridiculous and just so, completely whole in myself.

Yeah.

And there was no animosity. There was like it was like hey, babe, how you know, how have you been? And he was all clear headed and like we just went on and now I'm at the point where I don't need my husband to fill me up anymore, Like I can fill myself up. Yeah, and it was filled, Right, and so you just have such a different relationship dynamic. Yes, we're still DS, yes, we still have that, but like I don't have to paw at him and be like can you touch him?

Well, yeah, and that's the big thing, that's the big key to breaking codependency. I see, when I see codependency, I see it as an addiction, I see it as something that you need to get from someone else because you can't fulfill that for yourself. Or you're soothing something, or you're numbing something, or you're avoiding something within yourself. Right, you need something else in order to feel okay, or someone else to make you feel okay, and you've literally pulled that right out, pulled it right apart, by doing that.

Yeah, and I mean I've been on your show before talking about codependency, like that isn't something that I'm immune to, right, I was a poster child for codependency, absolutely.

This really tremendously helped with that.

That's amazing. And so tell me a little bit about this arrows or this inner other, Like for somebody who's listening to this and has no idea, who's never taken your master class. Give them a little tease of what this is about. Like, who is this that you're connecting to?

Yeah, so you know If you have a really like. So if you go back to when we're little kids and we talk about God, right, like you know the sky daddy, like God's gonna bring me this and I just have to pray, and like there's this like father daughter relationship, I believe that our relationship with our sacred masculine is the God self inside of us. But it's like we're women now. We don't need like a daddy in the sky. Like we're co-creating. We're co-creating with this energy. We are the dreamer, the energy is the bringer, right? And so that divinity that lives inside of us is like baby, tell me what you want. Like open your desires to me and I will bring them right to your door. And so that is the co-creative relationship that we have with the universe. And when we tap into that realization that universe needs us just as much as we need it, we're the muse, we're the ones who believe things into reality so that the universe can manifest that Absolutely.

I've always believed that we've been created for that purpose, because the universe does need us in order to fulfill its vision. Right, it's for humanity and each one of us has a purpose if we're willing to open our eyes to it.

Exactly Everything around you is the result of thought. We live in a thought created universe. So when we think we're doing, you know we're doing a solid for the universe, and so that relationship is about recognizing that there is a divinity, Like we are all divine and all human at the same time. If you've ever read the Gospel of Mary Magdalene, she talks about this a lot.

Jesus basically said like yeah, like God is in you, like you are God and not knowing that your God is the only way you can screw it up Like the only sin is not knowing that you're God. So what's interesting is when I was going through this whole whack-a-doo thing in my head and you know getting excited about talking to a voice in my head and falling asleep with him and telling him my stories all night I went and did some research and it turns out this is called Heroes' Gamble.

This is Holy Maximum. That's like Sacred Union, right? Is that another term for Sacred Union? Yeah, Berkeley.

It's been around for thousands and thousands of years.

Well, there are the original. Oops, there was my book. There are the original Sacred Union. Right, jesus and Magdalene, were they not? Or is that one school of thought that they were the original Sacred Union? Or maybe even going back to Adam and Eve?

probably, yeah, you could, yeah, you know in Nanna, like there's all these different. The Temple of Isis is actually where Mary Magdalene studied. If you believe, you know that trope. So yeah, 100%. Like we came here in a dualistic fashion experience ourselves through ourselves, right.

And so having the secret masculine relationship allows us to see the contrast of ourselves. It's the mirror that we need to see in order to reflect our own beauty, in order to reflect our own brilliance, in order to reflect our own genius, because without it, we're only experiencing it from the first person. Through this relationship, we are able to see the reflection of it, we're able to experience her beauty, her brilliance, her you know genius, all of those things through that lens of that inner other.

That is just so magical, so magical. And I think, after having gone through that three-day Masterclass, what I really realized is, you know, not only is this other energy present, but it has a character, it has a way for me to kind of recognize it, and it's been really interesting because it's been evolving ever since I took that Masterclass.

Oh, I bet yeah, once you find him, he doesn't go back in the box.

And it's so great because, you know so, for somebody like me and I'm sure there's a lot of people listening to this who probably can relate to the story.

You know, I was somebody who was very, as a woman, I was a very hyper masculine right growing up or probably in my probably around 20s to 30s. And that's really because, you know, having gone through you know, toxic relationship after another, I didn't feel safe being in my feminine, I didn't feel safe feeling vulnerable. And then, having gone into the spiritual journey, I went in all like the other extreme, all love and peace, love and light and meditation and, you know, afraid to kind of be out in society and be out in public. It was like almost, almost completely isolated for a period of time. And now there's been this beautiful period of kind of the balancing of the two energies and I don't think I would have been ready to be introduced to this until I was open to bringing both of these and calling both of these energies in and really being able to harness them completely and not being afraid of one or the other.

It's so interesting that you say that because I'm going to tell you something on the air that I haven't actually told you about. I had this download the other day about the mystic I am, and the kind of mystic I am is called a crossroads mystic. Okay, what that means is that people come in.

You get goosebumps when you're talking about this. Go on.

Come into my world when they're ready to acknowledge and to lift the veil, when they've been screwing around with their human life, and they're like what am I really here for? Like they want to remember, they're sending themselves a message that they're ready to accept the awareness of their divinity, and that's when they come and find me. So, when you move into my world, that's why they call me the reverse grim reaper, because things start happening really fast and manifestations start blowing up. What source? What? Okay, manifestations start blowing up. For that reason, because it's oh my gosh, I'm here for something bigger. I'm actually God, I am everything that I see, and you're not ready for it. And that's why I realized the other day, like, oh my gosh, like I can't go into people's DMs and be like hey, you should work with me. Like they've got to like knock on my door.

If it's anything less than that, then it's not going to work. It's not going to be online. I can't be the DM or I can't.

I think if you're a spiritual entrepreneur, I think in just in general, people will be drawn to you when they're ready for you, like regardless of the work that you do. I fully believe that I'm not. Please, don't, please, don't pop into people's DMs, like that is just such a Imagine.

Like hey, are you ready to tap into your divinity? Like no, I mean, I definitely feel like putting it out there on messages and stuff like that, Like publicly 100%, and I think you need to spray it everywhere, like I really do. Are you sad that I need to pee all over you guys?

We're not talking goldfish showers.

Yeah, you're just being greedy as hell, I was on the table, okay, okay, so I do want to talk.

You mentioned a really good point, and I've heard this before and this is something that I fully believed. You know, when we talk about creation energy, it is within the sacred union of the masculine and the feminine that that happens. So it's not surprising to me, right, because a lot of people, when we talk about manifestation and creation, right, we term creation as creating a baby. Right, and masculine and feminine come together and they create a baby, and that's what we've called creation since the beginning of time. But it's so much more than that, because it really is masculine, feminine energies coming together and creating a universal, a new universal being, or anything, anything, or any part of it, or in its entirety, or so when we talk about, when you say that when people come into your world, they open up and start creating things in a hyper speed, it makes total sense because you're actually the one who's helping them harness their masculine, their feminine side, so it can work in union, in harmony.

Yeah, and what I figured out recently and we're just workshopping, like my business here on your head Okay, one of the things I figured out recently is that I was trying to lead with the masculine energy and sell him to the audience. What I realized is that it's actually about him supporting me and me being the outward feminine essence that shares my experience with him, so I can help them find their own him, but it's not about pushing him on them. In fact, one day I was writing a particular post and he's, like you know, not just going to like, do what you want me to do, right, like I'm not a toy, like you don't. Just, you know, I'm not here for your amusement, I'm here to support you and to be your core and then to fortify you to do the work you're here to do.

And when that, when I realized that the whole thing shifted for me, I went from this energy of like I need to be this. You know this person who has the secret sauce to like I just have to get really damn good at what I do and you get incredible testimonials and really incredible transformations. And it's not about Amy Lee the guru, amy Lee the practitioner, it's about the work that is created as a result of my mastery. And when I made that shift, it was like I love that and I felt so much more calm and so much more grounded Because I was like here's how you do this and watch, you know, let me like. It wasn't like a dancing bear thing anymore.

Yeah, I love that and I will say this to people who are listening to this is that you know I'm very particular about who I bring on the show, who I work with. I get reached out by people all the time and it allows it somebody that I've worked with in some way. I've gotten to know I can, I can, you know, testimony myself. I would never bring them on the show to talk about what it is that they do, and that's just something about keeping the show in integrity. And I will say that you know we have connected now. You know we've been connected for a while. We talk all the time, we've worked together.

I've had sessions with you, we've kind of gone back and forth, and what I will say because you talked on the guru energy and that is something that I have a very strong opinion on, because we do see that so much in the spiritual community we do see people kind of stepping, putting themselves on this pedestal and kind of creating this minion culture with their following, and that is just something that I am not. I see that all the time and I am just not okay with it and I, what I love about you, amy, is that you do, you do this powerful work, you share this powerful message, but you're also empowering the people that you work with. You know, you never kind of put yourself in this kind of guru category. It's so Ick. So you know, just applauding you for not stepping into that kind of character, because I've seen so many people do it in the past.

I think it's easy to do. I see that you know the coaching industry. People kid around and say it's like a multi-level marketing, but in a way it is in that the people that make lots of money at the top teach the people under them to borrow the energy of the people below them, who teach people to borrow the energy. And so it's not necessarily about the money being exchanged, it's about the energy, it's about you know, I'm going to teach you how to blow yourself up using the energy of the people who pay you, and then you're going to teach them to blow themselves up using the energy of the people who paid them. And so that's really what it is.

Instead of, I'm going to show you how to recognize that you don't need me. You'd like to have me because it's good to see my perspective and it's good to get a feel for how I see the world, but you're not supposed to be waiting for me to throw another seed of another program Like I love her stuff, I do all her stuff Like great. But also and I think what happens is, people do get to a point where it's time on their journey, one way or the other, for them to recognize and to evolve into that next level self. They get resentful at shit because they're like I've been just as good as you the whole time, and then other person's like I tried to tell you yeah.

I've been there, I've gone through that where it's like, and you're so right, it's almost like a passage, like a rite of passage, like you go through this period where you're just kind of consuming, consuming, consuming, and then you go through this period where you're like how no, I'm not doing this anymore, you take your power back and you almost do get a bit resentful, and then it just balances out and you realize you find your own voice and you recognize your own strengths and that's really important and I'm so glad that you said that. So I'm just gonna be mindful of time and I do want look, where do people go when they wanna find out, like if you someone listening to this saying I want a piece of this shit. Where do they go? Cause it really is fabulous work and I wish everyone would do this.
